Rotherham manager Mark Robins has expressed his delight after Michael Cummins signed for the Millers as they strengthen for next season.The midfielder put pen-to-paper on a two-year contract on Friday following his release by League Two rivals Darlington.
Robins told The Star: "I am absolutely delighted. He is a player I have always liked and he did well against us last season."
