If you so called "cycling fabs" actually took the time to read up on Astana's contingency plans if the money hadn't come through, you would know "Bertie" wasn't playing "mind games" with his pathetic showing as sucking up Fto Valverde, he was courting a place on that team. Also, FYI, a Felt TT bike was bing delivered to his doostep coutesy of JV and Slipstream whom "Bertie" along with SP and Noval were courting. So all "Bertie's" sucking up to Valverde was for nothing. Astana got the money, "Bertie" is still contract bound to them where LA will rip him a new one if he doesn't try 100% again. Also no Valverde on the tour. So all "Bertie's" suckin' up was for nothinhg. Bwahahahaha
mercurycu - you know cycling like I know Russian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mercury you silly child. alledgedly.!!!
The Dauphine was a really enjoyable thing to watch the "Sucker" being Sucked.
Bertie said at the start he had no requirement to win the race and Valverde is reported to say that he asked AC if he attacked the "Sucker" would he mind.
AC it seems came into the Dauphine to play Mind Games and annoy the "Sucker".
It was so easy and still on the podium just like the "Sucker" will be again perhaps.
He, He. Ha, Ha.
Don't need to ride Motorways to be hit by an Ignorant Motorist. (the cowards creep up and do it anyway)
Dauphine was a scouting mission for all of the favourites, cretin. None of those taking part in it would show their hand that early.
Take your own bike, ride it along the motorway, and pray that an anti-cycling driver knocks some sense into you.
mercurycu you don`t know cycling... :) why to forc in Dauphine when he wants to win the tour?but what do you know..i guess you are a 10 years old kid with nothing in mind!
you can see bruynells influence, contador will peak in second, third week of TdF,dauphine was just practice, even contador admited before race he wasnt expecting great things in daupphine
Oh well whoop tido. Contawhiner actually won something after that digraceful display he put on in the Dauphine. where he sucked up to Valverde and then sucked Evans wheel up the mountains, Yea..real champion there. NOT.
Second was Luis Leon Sanchez . Only 37 seconds in front of Sanchez. Yes, great result. NOT
is it a good performance? you have to look to who end up seconde, to me it is average performance
I would love one of the Schleck brothers to win the TdF
48km in just over an hour. Phenomenal!
When you think of all the genuine climbers/Tour winners who can win time trials, there aren't many, and this guy probably still hasn't reached his peak.
It,s amazing Armstrong is mentioned even in the spanish T.T.results.He must have a shares in Eurosport.
Really looking forward to TDF. Many potential winners this year: Contador, Sastre, Armstrong, Evans, Leipheimer, Menchov, Schlick. Exciting times. Shame about Valverde
If someone still thinks that he is bad TT rider?
Here's one. Contador is a whiny entitled brat who doesn't have one tenth of the class or professionalism of Chris Horner.
good win alberto, needs to beat lance in the prolouge so he can take yellow in the TTT
Well done Contador
Getting ready for all the anti-Contador garbage from all of the "experts" ....
