Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has admitted there may be player changes at the club but is confident of providing new manager Paulo Sousa with a strong squad going into the new season.
City have rejected a £1 million plus bid from Burnley for striker Jason Scotland while Ferrie Bodde's future is unclear.
Jenkins wants to keep as strong and a squad as possible and told the club's website: "Maybe there will be one or two moves but to combat that we will bring one or two in.
"Jason Scotland is back on Monday or Tuesday because he has been away with Trinidad and Tobago. We will talk about it and deal with it then.
"We helped and supported Roberto Martinez and created a good environment for him to do his job, and that was one of the key things Paulo said to me when we first met."
