A round-up of all the action on a busy day of cycling throughout Europe.
TOUR OF IRELAND
As expected Sjijn Vandenbergh of the Unibet.com crossed the line safely in the main bunch to seal overall victory in the first running of the Tour of Ireland.
The final stage was won by Marco Marcato of Team LPR in a sprint finish.
The 147km stage took the riders from Athlone to Dublin, and the Italian was fastest in a three man group sprint to take the victory on Merrion Square.
Thomas Berkhout (Rabobank) of Holland finished second with Ireland's David O'Loughlin (Navigators) crossing the line in third.

CLASICA CICLISTA LOS PUERTOS
Hector Guerra crossed the line all on his own to win the Clasica Ciclista Los Puertos.
The Liberty Seguros rider won the 146km race by 41 seconds ahead of Alejandro Valverde, with Daniel Moreno coming in third.

REGIO TOUR
Spaniard Adrian Palomares won the final stage in the German Regio Tour as the the overall victory went to Moises Duenas.
The last stage saw the riders go from from Ortenau to Kaiserstuhl, with Fuerteventura-Canarias rider Palomares sealing the win.
Duenas of Agritubel had no scares in hanging onto his overall classification lead which he has held since his victory in stage two.

CHATEAUROUX-CLASSIC OF INDRE
Cofidis rider Chris Sutton claimed the Chateauroux-Classic of Indre in a sprint finish.
The Australian just edged out Aurélien Clerc (Bouygues Telecom) and Stef Van Dijk (Wiesenhof) to take the victory.

Belgian Wouter Weylandt won the fourth stage of the Tour of Benelux as compatriot Nick Nuyens retained the overall lead (Click link below picture for more).
