Holt not happy with league position

Northampton midfielder Andy Holt has challenged his side to continue their unbeaten run and climb the League Two table.

Holt was on the scoresheet as Ian Sampson`s side came from behind again to beat Morecambe 4-2 at the weekend to make it six games without defeat in all competitions.

Holt said: "The second half was the best we've played this season. I just felt like we were in complete control.

"They only had a couple of long balls into the box in the second half, that was all they had really, and we totally deserved to win.

"But we're still not happy with where we are in the league. We're unbeaten in our last six and we need to keep that going for as long as possible.

"We started the season poorly but we're moving up the table now and we believe we're as good a passing team as any other side in this division. If we keep doing that then we'll start rising up the league table."
