Brentford winger Myles Weston was thrilled to win the "vital" match against Stockport at the weekend.
Weston replaced Sam Wood midway through the second half and opened the scoring in the 2-0 win, as well as causing County no end of problems with his pace.
"The team were a bit anxious going into it," he told the club's official website. "We knew this was a winnable game, it's vital that we won it.
"We hadn't won for a while, the team wanted to win."
"I don't want to be a sub but it's the manager's decision. When I come on it is my chance to prove I should be playing."
