Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger called for his youngsters to be more clinical after they were pegged back by West Ham.
The Gunners had been leading 2-0 and were coasting at Upton Park before late goals from Carlton Cole and substitute Alessandro Diamanti snatched a point for the home side.
While Wenger felt referee Chris Foy was somewhat "generous" with what proved key decisions, he added: "We complicated our game a little bit and had five or six chances in the second half, but we missed the final ball.
"That is what we have to learn."

I have Arsenal fc at heart and totally NOTHING can ever change that even if it is relegated tomorrow. BUT attimes i fancy Fergie's attitude towards the game. You can never come from behind to win a game against Man U. The last 40min of sunday's game showed lack of lust to Arsene's side for a trophy. Whats wrong with a team playing well and win a thing? Look, Arshavin got lost in late first half then why not bring Edwardo to pair up Van Persie to increase pace up-front??? He is a fantastic player but he was not at his best on sunday. And you need to detect that in the middle of the game. Thou Eboue didn't score, he had pace and it only needed a combination of two quick fronts to finish. Van can't play a lone striker role. We fans get heart-broken at some of the decisions. Intead of capitalizing on 2goals and bring in more power, power is brought in at a wrong time. Early substitutions for Hammers changed the whole thing. What if Bendtner came in for Diaby, and Edwardo for Arsharvin???? in the 60th minute. Wonderful football, money comes,...but no trophies.

Gone are the days when you will say you are principle, life is not always all about our philosophy.we should only try 2 re-arrange it when the time comes.
This highest time for Mr Wenger to forget about been principled.
The team that featured against West ham lack the experience to challenge for honours.Arsenal failed to hold on to 2.0 advantage, its was very pathetic.Since 1996,I hav never been disappointed in Wenger bt against West ham,I was very disappointed,he failed woefully to make the subtitution at the wrong time.its very late.Diaby,Ashavin should have been removed in the 1st 10min into the 2nd half. When he failed to do that, with the way hammers were coming back,I knew they will score, which I expect Wenger to know,but.....we'll wait till tuesday, against the reds, then will define our problem.Problem can't be solved, without been defined.
we played terrible some arsenal players though all they had to do was turn up iwas amazed at diaby eboue and ashavin staying on so long apart from van persie fabrigas vermarlin ithought the rest were very average ashavin was weak is he fit is arsene playing players who are carrying knocks we are not looking good we are jeckle and hyde if we had beaten west ham and won our game in hand we would have topped the premeiership yes by winng both games we would be top we have denielson diaby eboue we have players that get injured to easy i dont rate wallcot denielson diaby eboue why not give the welsh lad a chance also you got to rotate the players if they dont perform in first 20 mins get them off not wait tillwest ham score 2 5 mins to go we send on subs gives them no chance to shine gunners for ever if we play like sunday at tottenham we will get stuffed wake up wenger before we loss the chance to win a trophy or good by fabrigas and van persie they wont stay mark my words we need a out and out stricker a holding midfeilder and a tall centre half gallas must go he is to slow spend some money in january not on some kid buy some experiance pay the money the way wenger acts you would think nit was his money got to speculate to acumalate spend it in january or we will win nothing

Arsene Wenger is also part of Arsenal's problem. This I say with respect to allowing Abu Diaby to continue playing even when Arsene knows Diaby wasn't playing well. Three players were supposed to be changed 20minutes into second half in yesterday's game. These were Asharvin, Diaby and Eboue. In particular, Diaby was causing us a lot of problems yet Arsene kept him on until 89th minute before bringing in Eduardo. By then, it was too late for him to make any meaningful impact in the game. One would have expected Arsene to bring in Samir Nasri to replace Diaby and plucked loopholes created by Diaby but he failed to do just that. If we cannot amass maximum points from minor teams, them I fear what lies ahead beacause we are yet to play Chelsea, Aston Villa, Totteham and Liverpoool which are great sides. Remember what happened when we played Man U and Man City respectively, the results were negative for us. What stops Arsene from going for Carlton Cole? Am just imagining what it will look like if we have him combine with Robin van Persie at the front. Yesterday, I saw him guiding ball in the presence of 3 to 4 Arsenal players with ease. His shooting ability is superb, his aerial ball control is wonderful and his pace is excellent. In fact, he single handedly salvage that one point for West Ham.
My humble suggestion, could you send this piece to Arsene Wenger? LONG ARSENE WENGER, FANS OF ARSENAL and ARSENAL.
it is not right we [ arsenal] should have won
