Wycombe boss Paul Lambert claimed Scott McGleish is fast becoming the best striker in League Two after another goal against Chesterfield."I thought we were terrific and I thought the goal was world class from a lad who is playing as well as he has ever played," Lambert said.

"We only paid a little bit for Scott but he is priceless at the moment. It was a brilliant, brilliant goal.

"It was a really good performance against a really good side and there were some very big individual performances out there.

"We've put ourselves in a position where we are right in it for the play-offs and the players know what is at stake and we'll be fighting right until the end."
