Nottingham Forest are considering a third bid from Leicester for centre-back Wes Morgan, a statement on Forest's website has confirmed.
The Foxes' previous offer was believed to be in the region of £800,000 but manager Steve Cotterill has recently reiterated his desire for Morgan to stay at the City Ground.
Morgan, 27, is out of contract at the end of the season and Cotterill has been told he must sell players should he want to strengthen his squad in the January transfer window.
Morgan is Forest's longest-serving player in the squad, having made his debut for the club in 2003.

Rude - Robbo? methinks you have double standards terry.
And? Does that make the Super Rams more ambitious because no bid has come in for him. If you have to resort to being rude stay on your own page.
To the best of my knowledge airbrain no ones put in a bid for Green, unlike your man
Morgan.
Wes .. join a club with ambition... get off that sinking Ship !!!!!
Did the good folk of Leicester think it was a 5.30 ko today ?
Does that apply to Green at Derby then Robbo?
Just a matter of time, why stay with a team and management bereft of hope and ideas?
