Nottingham Forest are considering a third bid from Leicester for centre-back Wes Morgan.
The Foxes' previous offer was believed to be in the region of £800,000 but manager Steve Cotterill has recently reiterated his desire for Morgan to stay at the City Ground.
Morgan, 27, is out of contract at the end of the season and Cotterill has been told he must sell players should he want to strengthen his squad in the January transfer window.
Morgan is Forest's longest-serving player in the squad, having made his debut for the club in 2003.

Its time for the board to show their bottle, which I dont think they have any of.
#10 I take it you dont like being called "Robbo" and thats why you are so rude with my "handle". Thinking about it you shouldn't be given same nickname as the great John Robertson. Apologies to JR.
for christ sake bring back billy davies asap.the players played as a team ,the fans want him backl asap. frank clark use ur brain for once and do wots rite for the club as u were a player at the club.
Wasn't aware Derby were interested airbrain? After Tyson shouldn't think Derby want any more Forest cast-offs.
Loyalty Robbo, thats why he would want to stay, but if the powers that be can only see the cash and dont want to offer him a new contract I couldn't blame him, but not to Leicester or Derby, he's been Forest through and through.
cant get much worse can it , if he gets rid of morgan whos he going to bring in to replace him ?
I think you forest fans are in deep doodo what ever you do,
bring back maclaren
It is difficult to get a team to play for a manager they dont like or respect! remove that obstacle, bring back Billy
