Glennon wary of Scotland threat

Wed 27 Feb, 06:00 PM

Huddersfield goalkeeper Matt Glennon admits former team-mate Jason Scotland could be "hard to stop" when Swansea visit the Galpharm Stadium.Top scorer Scotland has been a revelation for the league-leading Swans and has hit 15 league goals since arriving from Scottish side St Johnstone in the summer.

And Glennon, who played alongside Scotland for the Saints, knows the Terriers defence will have to be at their best to contain the in-form frontman on Saturday.

"I'm not really surprised that Jason has done so well at Swansea - he's a big strong lad and when he's on song he's a very good goalscorer and he's hard to stop," Glennon told the club's official website.

"And you only have to look at the league table to realise how hard Saturday's game will be, but they generally don't travel to Huddersfield well and they had a hard game against MK Dons in midweek."
