QPR winger Hogan Ephraim has vowed to learn the lessons of his three-match ban as he prepares to return to the side.The 19-year-old is back in the R's squad to face Ipswich on Saturday after sitting out the last three matches following his dismissal for violent conduct against Sheffield Wednesday.

"It was self-inflicted, and something I have to make sure doesn't happen again," Ephraim told the Kilburn Times.

"It's not easy training all week and knowing there's nothing in it for you at the end of that week.

"Watching the boys winning games and not being part of it is something that hurts a lot."
