Gillingham chairman Paul Scally and striker David Graham have been warned over their future conduct following the latter's move to Priestfield.Graham joined from Sheffield Wednesday in August and the Gills were charged with a breach of the FA Football Agents regulations in December.
The FA have now issued warnings to all three parties and handed Scally a £2,000 fine.
