Bury manager Alan Knill believes he has instilled a winning mentality into his players following the club's climb towards League Two safety. The Shakers have won their last three home games to move six points clear of the relegation zone to continue their resurgence under the former Rotherham boss.
Knill says he has drilled into his players the importance of collecting maximum points.
"We try to drive it home that losing isn't acceptable and we need to do as much as we can to stop that," said Knill.
"All of a sudden they have taken it on and this is what you get - four wins and a draw in a month, which is fantastic."
