Crewe Alexandra's out-of-favour midfielder Ryan Lowe has joined Stockport County on loan for the remainder of the season.Lowe has been reduced to a bit-part role for the Railwaymen of late and after requesting a loan move has agreed to join County to help in their play-off push.

Lowe is one of four players Alexandra first-team boss Steve Holland has allowed to leave the club on loan deals.

Junior Brown has signed for Witton, winger Colin Daniel has joined Leek and Nick Farquharson has sealed a temporary move to Nuneaton.

Elsewhere, young scholar Chris Clements has joined Nantwich on work experience for the remainder of the campaign.
