Carlisle United have signed defender Paul Reid from Championship outfit Barnsley on loan for the rest of the season.The 26-year-old started his career at Brunton Park and made over 20 appearances for the Blues before joining Rangers in June 2000.
Reid has been restricted to just four appearances for the Tykes this season and is line to make his Carlisle debut at Gillingham on Saturday.
