Wolves have allowed midfielder Stephen Gleeson to join Stockport for a second loan spell lasting until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old Republic of Ireland international (pictured playing for Hereford) made 14 starts while on loan with County last season and returns to Edgeley Park following a month-long loan stay with promotion rivals Hereford.

Wolves have placed a 24-hour recall clause into the contract for the youngster, who has made just the single start for the Championship outfit.

Stockport are gunning for promotion to League One this season and currently occupy fifth place.
