Paris St Germain defender Mario Yepes has been ruled out of Saturday's Coupe De La Ligue final against Lens.

Colombian Yepes, 32, injured his calf during the 4-2 defeat at Lyon, and club medics have now confirmed that he will miss the Stade de France final, as well as the relegation-threatened club's next Ligue 1 fixture at home to fellow strugglers Strasbourg on April 2nd.

Club captain Pauleta, however, has returned to training after recovering from a thigh problem, and could feature at the weekend.

PSG are currently in the relegation zone. Metz are rock bottom in 20th place with 18 points, while the Parisians are just one point above 19th-placed Toulouse with 32 points.

Strasbourg are in 16th place with 35 points with eight games of the season remaining.
