Ronnie O'Sullivan was caught on video making sexually suggestive comments and hand gestures at a press conference in Beijing on Wednesday.
O'Sullivan was fielding routine questions in the aftermath of his second-round loss to Marco Fu in the China Open, when he flippantly requested a member of the gathered media perform a sexual act.
First impressions suggested the 32-year-old presumed nobody present would understand his lewd reference - and he grew louder and more blatant in his reiterating the request after realising there would be no reaction from the Chinese press.
O'Sullivan appeared frustrated with the lengthy process of translating journalists' questions from Chinese to English, and at one point groaned under his breath, "What was that - the longest question in the world?"
World Snooker, the sport's governing body, have confirmed they will be reviewing the footage of O'Sullivan's curious behaviour.
