Chesterfield manager Lee Richardson was unimpressed by the tactics of his opposite number following Macclesfield's 1-0 victory at Moss Rose.Richardson said: "There was only one team trying to play football in the first half and ultimately we paid for missing our opportunities.

"We carved out two or three excellent chances but simply could not score.

"Once they got a goal they were very hard to break down because they put so many men behind the ball and in the second half we simply ran out of ideas."
