Lincoln assistant manager Iffy Onuora has revealed the club do not know the severity of midfielder Lee Frecklington's shoulder injury.Frecklington sustained the problem in the 4-2 defeat at the hands of Wrexham on the final day of last season.

The 22-year-old was sent for an MRI scan last Friday and should find out the results in two weeks, with an operation a possibility for the homegrown youngster.

"At the minute, nobody is sure just how serious the injury is and because I'm not a medical person, I won't even have a guess for how long he could be out," Onuora told the Lincolnshire Echo.

"But if he did require an operation, then it would be a blow for us and, in particular, for Lee himself."
