Chesterfield will announce details of the biggest investment ever made in the club on Thursday afternoon.
The Spireites will at 3pm introduce the League Two club's new majority shareholder and substantial new investor.
They are also due to unveil details of future plans which will include the go-ahead for the club's new stadium development at Whittington Moor.
