The 22-year-old Czech, who was 21st in the Vuelta a Espana on his Grand Tour debut last year, is joined by young Italian Vincenzo Nibali - who was 11th in the Giro this year - and veteran Spanish climber Manuel Beltran.
Filippo Pozzato will try to repeat last year's success in the Chablis-Autun stage on the flat roads and he'll be assisted by Manuel Quinziato, the team's main contender in the time trials, as well as Frederik Willems from Belgium and Aliaksandr Kuchynski from Belarus.
Murilo Fischer and Francesco Chicchi are the sprinters in the absence of Daniele Bennati who has not recovered from an Achilles problem that flared up in the last stage of the Giro.
"We've put together a competitive team that should do well on the different routes in the Tour," said directeur sportif Stefano Zanatta,
"We're aiming to win as many stages as possible, and we've got the right men to accomplish this goal."

Nae chance?
Won the Swiss Tour by luck Schleck had it in the bag but ended up in the ravine.
