Johnson aiming high at City

Michael Johnson Manchester City will be Premier League champions during his time at the club.

The 21-year-old claimed the drastic changes at Easlands sice the arrival of Sheikh Mansour's Abu Dhabi-based consortium prove there is an exciting future ahead.

"Of course it is realistic to think Manchester City could be champions in my time at the club," he said.

"Every player at the club wants to finish as high as we can. But the truth is we want to win the league. That is the bottom line."

  1. Agreed - if the booze stories are true. How he can­ witness the demise of Barton and then blow his chance­ of fulfilling his potential is beyond me. He needs a­ new agent and some proper advice, as he's obviously­ not particularly bright....

Johnson?!?!?! what are you on about...? your­ 'recovery' from injury over the last year or so­ has been delayed by your year long bender. what a waste­ of a talent that had already established himself as an­ up and coming player, who should be taking the same­ accolades as Ireland has been. No chance your getting­ back in this team and to be honest you dont deserve it.­

    Also i've heard city dont want tevez and he is­ certain to sign for chelski is this true...? i hope­ not!!!!!!!!!!
