Sale have completed the signing of flanker David Seymour from Guinness Premiership rivals Saracens.
The 24-year-old England A and Under-21 forward came up through the ranks with the London club and went on to make 105 appearances.
He also won a silver medal at the 2006 Commonwealth Games alongside new team-mate Mathew Tait.
Sharks director of rugby Kingsley Jones said: "David is a good signing for us, he has a high work rate and plenty of pace.
"He has come through the system at Saracens and when I found out he was available, I made my move to sign him."

what a coup for Sale!!He is a brilliant workhouse who puts himself on the line time & time again. Great defensive player & yes quick for a flanker.Shame he's leaving Sarries but wish him all the best. "Seeee-More, Seee-More, Seee-More". From Simon an avid Sarries fan.
