Ipswich midfielder David Norris believes his red card against Plymouth was harsh after being sent off in the final minute of Town's 3-1 win.
It was Norris's first return to the south coast since his move from Argyle to Ipswich in January, but he was dismissed for a second bookable offence after kicking the ball away, and will now miss Tuesday's home game against Charlton.
"I'm gutted. I was shielding the ball in the corner and if anything I thought the free-kick was mine," Norris said.
"There was nothing in it, but as the whistle blew I toe-poked the ball away. I thought the referee was overzealous, but he gave it and now I will miss the Charlton game.
"I've had a run of games going lately so it's really disappointing to miss out, but it was a brilliant away performance.
"We beat them at their own game. We got in their faces and forced them into mistakes and when we had the ball, we kept it really well."
