If you're an Inter Turku fan you probably know this by now, but you have just won your first league title.
FINLAND
Inter Turku won their first league title for the first time when they beat Pietarsaari Jaro 2-0 on the final day.
Inter's Severi Paajanen headed in a cross after six minutes and Domagoi Abramovic made sure of victory when he scored the second in the 85th minute of the match played in a rain storm.
The champions finished four points clear of runners-up FC Honka, who could have snatched the title if Inter had dropped points. Honka lost their last game 3-2 to IFK Mariehamn.
Inter succeeded Tampere United, champions in 2006 and 2007.
PORTUGAL
Nacional Madeira joined Leixoes at the top of the Portuguese Premier League table after a 1-0 win at home over Vitoria Setubal.
Brazilian striker Nene gave the Madeiran team victory with a penalty after Setubal defender Auri handled after 78 minutes.
The two unheralded teams have 13 points from six games. Benfica, who beat Naval 2-1, are a point behind.
Champions Porto, who suffered their first Premier League defeat of the season when they were beaten 3-2 at home by neighbours Leixoes on Saturday, dropped to fourth spot two points behind the leaders.
Sporting, without a win in the last three league matches, drew 0-0 at Pacos Ferreira and are on 10 points. Sixth-placed Estrela Amadora, also on 10 points, play Braga on Monday.
Benfica, the only unbeaten side this season, went ahead against Naval when Brazilian defender Luisao headed home a freekick by Spaniard winger Reyes after 71 minutes.
Naval levelled when Brazilian striker Marcelinho tapped home a cross from the right after 82 minutes, though Paraguyan striker Oscar Cardozo snatched three points for Benfica with a header four minutes from time.
NETHERLANDS
PSV Eindhoven suffered their second successive defeat in the league, losing 3-2 at home against strugglers Roda JC Kerkrade to slip to sixth with 12 points, four behind the leaders, after seven matches.
Groningen beat Sparta Rotterdam 3-0, with Swede Petter Andersson twice on target, to go top on goal difference over NAC Breda, who were held 0-0 draw by Utrecht.
Goals by Klaas Jan Huntelaar and Luis Suarez gave Ajax a 2-0 victory over NEC Nijmegen, while a late header from Michael Mols salvaged a point for struggling Feyenoord in a 2-2 draw against Heerenveen.
GREECE
PAOK Salonika moved to within a point of the top of the Super League after leaders Olympiakos Piraeus slipped to their first defeat of the season on Sunday.
While PAOK made short work of Levadiakos, Bosnian striker Zlatan Muslimovic scoring twice in a 3-1 win, the champions went down to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of PAOK's biggest rivals, Aris Salonika, who scored through Spanish striker Javito.
Olympiakos still head the table after seven games with 16 points, one more than PAOK who are now the only unbeaten side in the league.
BULGARIA
Levski Sofia's bus was attacked by stone-throwing rival fans as it left the stadium after a league match in Sliven.
Levski's assistant coach Antoni Zdravkov was quoted as saying that a window on the bus was smashed when it was hit by a large stone slightly injuring young striker Ivan Tsachev.
One hour after the incident, Levski continued their journey back to Sofia under an increased police escort.
Sliven retained the only unbeaten record in the league after the 0-0 draw. They are second in the standings with 20 points from 10 matches, five points behind champions and leaders CSKA Sofia. Levski are third with 19 points from nine games.
ARGENTINA
River Plate's miserable run continued when they lost 1-0 at modest Gimnasia-Jujuy, their third such defeat in a week.
At the other end of the table, leaders San Lorenzo's run of six wins came to an end in a 2-1 defeat by Racing Club.
Beaten 1-0 by arch-rivals Boca Juniors on Sunday and then at home by Mexican side Guadalajara in the Copa Sudamericana on Wednesday, champions River remained 19th in the 20-team table.
Diego Simeone's team have won only once in 11 league games, taken a paltry eight points and ahead of bottom-of-the-table Rosario Central on goal difference.
Hector Desvaux scored the only goal in the 58th minute, heading in from the penalty spot from a corner on the left. The match was briefly interrupted in the first half when police intervened as rival factions of the Gimnasia supporters fought amongst themselves.
San Lorenzo found themselves 2-0 behind in less than 20 minutes to struggling Racing Club, thanks to Adrian Lucero's strike and a Maximiliano Moralez penalty.
Racing suffered a nerve-wracking finale after San Lorenzo pulled one back with a free kick from Paraguay international Aureliano Torres in the 69th minute.
San Lorenzo, who have 25 points, had their lead cut to two points after second-placed Tigre won 3-0 at Huracan on Saturday.
Boca Juniors jumped to third, a further three points behind, by beating Rosario Central 2-1 with an 87th minute winner from Nicolas Gaitan.
Lucas Viatri headed in Juan Roman Riquelme's cross in the seventh minute for Boca before Central replied when Emilio Zelaya turned in Alexis Danelon's low cross early in the second half.
MEXICO
Former Mexico coach Ricardo La Volpe's Monterrey side extended their winless run to seven matches with a 2-0 defeat at San Luis.
Braulio Luna put San Luis ahead with a free kick on the half hour in Saturday night's game as La Volpe, serving a two-match ban after being sent off in last week's 4-1 defeat by Tigres UANL, watched from the stands.
Angel Reyna hit the post for San Luis just before halftime and Uruguayan Victor Piriz swept home a cross from the left to increase their lead three minutes after halftime.
Monterrey dropped to fourth in Group One with 13 points from 14 games but still have an outside chance of finishing in the top two and qualifying for the quarter-finals. San Luis lead Group Three with 27 points.
Defending champions Santos Laguna's indifferent run continued with a 2-1 defeat by Atlas.
Dario Bottinelli and Edgar Pacheco scored in the second half for Atlas, while Santos had Ivan Estrada sent off for a second bookable offence. Francisco Chavez put through his own goal to give the visitors a late consolation.
Santos stayed second in Group One with 19 points and Atlas are fourth in Group Three with 18.
PARAGUAY
Leaders Libertad beat second-placed Guarani 2-1 in a match which was played over two days after being suspended by a tropical downpour.
Libertad went four points clear at the top of the Clausura championship after winning their rain-interrupted game.
In the first half played on Saturday, Jonathan Fabbro gave Guarani the lead with a penalty and Osvaldo Martinez equalised from a free kick.
The game was abandoned at halftime as a violent electrical storm waterlogged the pitch in only a few minutes.
Play was resumed 24 hours later and Manuel Maciel scored an 86th minute winner to keep Libertad on course for a fourth successive title.
PERU
Uruguayan Miguel Ximenes scored a hat-trick in Sporting Cristal's 3-0 win over Jose Galvez while Brazilian Calheira also notched three as Sport Ancash beat Universitario by the same score.
Deportivo San Martin won 2-0 at struggling Juan Aurich to stay top of the championship's second stage with first-half goals from Roberto Ovelar and Jose Diaz, who scored from a penalty.
Cienicano came from behind to beat Melgar 3-1 in a game which produced three red cards in an eight-minute spell in the first half as Norbil Romero and Gerardo Garate (Melgar) and Roberto Guizasola (Cienciano) were all dismissed.
Cristian Guevara scored twice in the second half and Cesar Nahui added a third for the hosts, wiping out Garate's 15th-minute opener for Melgar.
CHILE
Modest Palestino beat Provincial Osorno 1-0 to stay top of Group Three in the Clausura championship with a first-half strike from Francisco Ibanez.
Palestino have 33 points from 17 games, the best record in the tournament.
Lucas Barrios scored a hat-trick in Colo Colo's 3-0 win over Deportes La Serena, taking his tally to 11 goals, and Cobreloa beat titleholders Everton 2-0.
BOLIVIA
Aurora's chances of winning their first title took a knock when they lost 2-0 to Blooming in the first leg of the Clausura championship final.
Alejandro Schiaparelli headed the Santa Cruz-based side ahead in the 34th minute and his fellow Argentine Hernan Boyero scored with another header in the 74th.
ECUADOR
Argentine striker Martin Mandra scored twice in the first half, taking his tally to 16, to give Deportivo Quito a 2-0 win over local rivals LDU and extend their lead at the top of the championship's final stage.
Deportivo have 12 points from three games, including a three-point bonus carried through from previous stages of the tournament, and are four clear of LDU.
Third-placed Barcelona fell six points behind the leaders after they were held 1-1 at Macara.
COLOMBIA
Millonarios and Santa Fe played out a 1-1 draw in their Bogota derby, the goals coming in the first 25 minutes.
Venezuelan Luis Manuel Seijas headed Santa Fe in front and Milton Rodriguez levelled from the penalty spot.
Leaders Tolima lost 2-0 at Once Caldas, Ricardo Ciciliano scoring twice in the last 10 minutes, and second-placed
Deportivo Cali were beaten by the same score at Envigado.
