MK Dons captain Dean Lewington has been handed a two-match ban after pleading guilty to a Football Association charge.
Lewington was charged with the use of abusive and/or insulting language following an incident during the 1-0 defeat to Leeds on September 26.
The left-back, who was also fined £500, will miss the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy area quarter final against Northampton on November 10 as well as the trip to promotion rivals Charlton on November 14.
