Doncaster defenders Gareth Roberts and James O'Connor are expected to shake off injury in time for Saturday's home clash with Blackpool.

Left-back Roberts has been sidelined for two matches with a calf strain but hopes to return to full training this week with a view to being back in contention.

O'Connor sustained a thigh injury in the weekend defeat at Newcastle and although he lasted the full 90 minutes, the right-back missed training on Monday.

Meanwhile, skipper Brian Stock has suffered a setback in his recovery from ankle surgery by contracting a virus and central defender Adam Lockwood is expected to be out for another four weeks after breaking two bones in his foot.
