Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock is hoping for better away fortunes when they visit Middlesbrough in the Championship on Saturday.
Argyle lost 3-1 at Bristol City and 2-0 at Blackpool before drawing 1-1 with Ipswich, when Sturrock was assisted by new head coach Paul Mariner.
Sturrock said: "Paul's arrival has been a boost but we have only had two days on the training ground. He has some good, fresh ideas and we have now got a week together before we go to Middlesbrough.
"If we can put two wins together then we put ourselves among the pack above us - and that is the target."
