Exeter boss Paul Tisdale has praised defender Scott Golbourne's patience following a man-of-the-match performance in the 1-1 draw with Wycombe.
Golbourne retained his place at left-back, despite the 3-0 defeat at Walsall, and excelled.
Tisdale said: "He was great and it just shows it does take players a while to settle. I know he will come good but you have to give everyone time."
