Chris Coleman believes victory over high-flying QPR this weekend would provide just the tonic his Coventry side need.
The Sky Blues are currently winless in seven and desperately in need of a morale-boosting three points, and Coleman hopes Loftus Road will be the place to provide it.
"We know what a difficult side QPR are, which is why you would consider them to be such a scalp if we did go on to get the points because it would give the lads masses of confidence to beat a team that is up there in the league," he told the club`s official website.
"QPR have been on a good run of late but I know and my players know that winning a game of football is the best feeling in the world and we will be chasing that at the weekend.
"We`ve had a few bad results in the past few weeks but the lads have been buoyant in the wake of last weekend`s draw with Palace so we will look to take that into Saturday."
