Defenders Andrew Davies, Darren Powell and Alexander Ostlund face late fitness tests as Southampton prepare for Tuesday's visit of Norwich.Davies (hamstring) and Powell (groin) limped out of Saints' FA Cup win over Bury at the weekend, while Ostlund has hamstring trouble.

If any of the trio do not make it, on loan Stephen O'Halloran and midfielder Inigo Idiakez may deputise at the back at St Mary's.

Jhon Viafara was ill for the Bury match but should at least be a substitute, as will Marek Saganowski, who made a surprise appearance on the bench against Bury after a groin injury.

Claus Lundekvam, Nathan Dyer (both ankle), Chris Makin (hip), Cedric Baseya and Adam Lallana (both knee) are all still out.

Youssef Safri is away on international duty with Morocco at the African Cup of Nations.
