Vale boss ready to ring changes

Mon 28 Jan, 10:45 PM

Port Vale manager Lee Sinnott must decide whether to make changes to his side for the visit of Yeovil in League One on Tuesday night. The Valiants slipped to a 3-1 defeat at home to fellow relegation strugglers Bournemouth at the weekend and Sinnott admits radical change is needed.

He told the Sentinel: "If I'm being totally honest, radical change is probably needed within this football club. Maybe I have shied away from that, but people have to decide whether they want to be part of that radical change.

"If they want to, then it is roll your sleeves up time. There are many things to address in my mind."

Robin Hulbert remains the Valiants' only long-term injury doubt with a broken collarbone.

Recent arrivals from Chasetown Kyle Perry and Chris Slater could be handed their first starts, while on-loan Birmingham midfielder David Howland will hope to have done enough to have retained his place in the XI.
