All four groups still have everything to play for going into the final round of African Cup of Nations first round matches.

Here are the methods used to separate teams on the same number of points:

1 - Head to head points

2 - Head to head goal difference

3 - Head to head goals scored

4 - Overall goal difference

5 - Overall goals scored

6 - Fair play

7 - Lottery

Group A

Ghana are through as group winners, with Guinea taking the second spot.

Morocco and Namibia have been eliminated.

Group B

Ivory Coast need a point against Mali to clinch top spot.

Mali need a draw to go through - a win will see them top the group.

Nigeria must beat Benin by two goals and hope Mali lose to qualify.

Benin are already eliminated.

Group C

Egypt will top the group with a point against Zambia and have almost no chance of being eliminated.

Cameroon must equal or better Zambia's result to go through; if they fail, the Zambians progress.

Sudan must thrash Cameroon and hope Zambia are also thumped to have a chance.

Group D

Tunisia will go through if they get at least a point against Angola.

A draw also sees Angola through, but must win to top the group.

Senegal must beat South Africa and hope Angola beat Tunisia heavily.

South Africa must beat Senegal and hope Tunisia beat Angola heavily.
