Rangers moved to within a point of Celtic at the top of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League with a convincing 4-0 win against Hibernian - without the help of top goalscorer Nikica Jelavic.
Jelavic missed the clash at Ibrox through illness but skipper Steven Davis netted a double and David Healy and Sone Aluko grabbed a goal apiece against 10-man Hibs.
With rivals Celtic in Scottish Communites League Cup action this weekend, the victory allowed Rangers to give their title hopes a much-needed boost.

same headline given by sky sports. nice to see the MSM are waking up to the fact that Rangers are undeserving of their 5 stars due to unfair financial advantage over the years, hence the obvious "4 star rangers" leader. Hopefully once the tax case finally finds rangers to be the cheats that they are, the SFA will follow suit and strip this shameful club of the tainted titles they have. not gonna hold my breath though.
Don't forget the Celts have a game in hand. HAIL HAIL
