Blackpool have signed West Brom striker Roman Bednar on a free transfer.
Bednar, 28, made 105 appearances for during four-and-a-half years at The Hawthorns, but has slipped down the pecking order during the past 18 months and has now penned a six-month deal with the Tangerines
Albion sporting and technical director Dan Ashworth said: "Roman has been unable to break into the first team this season due to the fierce competition for places. I think this move suits all parties."
Last season, the former Hearts player had spells on loan at Leicester and Turkish side Ankaragucu.
Bednar will be reunited with veteran forward Kevin Phillips at Bloomfield Road, with the pair having enjoyed a fruitful partnership during their time together in the Midlands.
