Getafe struck twice after the break to claim a 3-1 win in the first leg of their Copa del Rey semi-final against Racing Santander on Thursday.Ruben De la Red put the hosts in front in the 24th minute, only for Ebi Smolarek to bring Racing level three minutes later.

But second-half goals from Francisco Javier Casquero (57) and Manu del Moral (83) secured the win for Getafe.

Barcelona and Valencia drew 1-1 in the first leg of the other semi-final on Wednesday.
