Brazil international midfielder Kaka has signed a two-year contract extension with European champions AC Milan, the club have announced.The 25-year-old - reportedly a target for Real Madrid - has committed himself to the club until June 30, 2013.

Kaka was named the FIFA World Player of the Year last season and scored a competition-leading 10 goals during Milan's successful Champions League campaign.
