Lilian Nalis insists the Plymouth Argyle squad have all the ingredients to be a "winning team" following their recent run of impressive form.Paul Sturrock's Argyle have soared to fifth place in the Championship on the back of a four-match winning streak since the end of the January transfer window.
And Frenchman Nalis was quick to praise his team-mates' attitude and desire ahead of the weekend's play-off candidate clash against fourth-placed West Brom at the Hawthorns.
"We have won four games in a row and we are going forward," he said.
"The work attitude from everyone has been brilliant and that can make us a winning team."
