Hull boss Phil Brown knows his side's promotion credentials will be severely tested when fellow high-flyers Watford come to town on Saturday.The Tigers, in third, are level on points with the fourth-placed Hornets, and a win could take either side into the automatic promotion spots.

"It's a massive game for us because we are playing the team closest to us in the league," said Brown.

"If we manage to stay ahead of Watford between now and the end of the season we won't be far off.

"When Watford beat us at Vicarage Road they went something like six points clear at the top of the table.

"For us to turn that around and be ahead of them is an achievement in itself."
