Manager Brian Little still thinks he is the right man to guide Wrexham back into the Football League after their 87-year tenure was ended.Little saw his side go down 3-1 to a young Accrington side at the Racecourse Ground last Saturday to compound what has been a hugely disappointing season for the Dragons.
The 54-year-old, who spearheaded Darlington's rise into the Football League in the early nineties, took over Wrexham in November 2007 but could not save them from relegation from League Two.
He said: "I genuinely think that myself and my staff are the right people to do it because we know the place inside out.
"I think that I am already showing people that I won't sit on ceremony, I've got nothing else to do other than to try and rebuild this team, and I want to rebuild the team.
"The club is in good hands and I think the fans of this club deserve a side that wins football matches but they haven't had it for a long time now."
