Charlton have recalled midfielder Therry Racon from his loan spell with League One outfit Brighton.The 23-year-old Frenchman moved to Brighton in March on a deal until the end of the season, but with the Seagulls now unable to reach the League One play-offs he is returning to The Valley a week early.

Addicks boss Alan Pardew is planning for next season after his side's own play-off bid fell short, so Racon could feature in their final game at home to Coventry next Sunday.

Racon made eight appearances for the Seagulls during his stint on the south coast.
