Cardiff have dismissed reports linking Aaron Ramsey with a move to Manchester United.
Reports have suggested United were leading the chase for the talented teenager and were preparing a move in the summer for Ramsey.
Ramsey is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Britain after making the breakthrough at Ninian Park.
Bluebirds chairman Peter Ridsdale has denied the club have received any offer from United, but conceded every player has their price.
"I know absolutely nothing about any offer from Manchester United," Ridsdale told the South Wales Echo. "Every scout under the sun is watching Cardiff City at the moment and every player has a value.
"Aaron Ramsey is a Cardiff City player and there is absolutely no agreement with anybody for next season.
"We are building at Cardiff City, although it has always been the case that every player is for sale at the right price."
