England Under-18 international Netan Sansara has become the fourth promising youngster to sign a new one-year contract at Walsall. He follows Rene Gilmartin, Charlton Davies and Manny Smith in putting pen to paper at the Banks's Stadium recently.
Sansara is looking forward to trying to make an impact in the Saddlers first-team next season.
"The season ahead is going to be a big one for me. I spent last year learning my trade in the reserves and now it is time for me to kick-on," the left-back told Walsall's official website. "I feel ready to start making my mark in the first-team.
"Last season I found myself on the fringes and seeing what the likes of Mark Bradley, Richard Taundry and Troy Deeney went on to achieve gives me the inspiration and determination to emulate them.
"The youngsters showed what they were capable of last season and I hope that I can be part of that and help it to continue. I will be working hard over the summer to keep myself ticking over and hopefully it will pay off for me when we return for pre-season training."
