Promoted West Brom have signed striker Luke Moore from Aston Villa for an initial fee of £3 million while also securing the permanent signing of another loanee, Do-heon Kim, from South Korean club Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.
Moore, 22, has signed a three-year deal with the club he joined on loan in February to help win the Championship title. The final figure could rise to £3.5m depending on performance criteria and there is the option of a further year.
He failed to score in three starts and seven substitute appearances for West Brom.
The West Midlands club also optioned the £550,000 transfer of South Korea international Kim, 25, who arrived on a temporary basis in January, for two years with the option of a further year.
Tony Mowbray said: "The four months [Kim] has already spent with us will have been a big benefit to him in terms of integrating with the squad and overcoming the language barrier.
"I'm now looking forward to working with Kim next season.
"His loan spell was all about settling into a new club and culture but he's got undoubted talent and he'll have a more significant part to play next season."
He started only one game last season, but came off the bench on the final day to score his first goal for the club and help secure the Championship title.
Moore impressed at boyhood club Aston Villa before finding chances limited at Villa Park under Martin O'Neill.
