Bundesliga - Neuer shrugs off Bayern link

Talented Schalke goalkeeper Manuel Neuer does not want to leave the club despite being linked with a move to Bayern Munich.

"I have a contract with Schalke until 2012 and I have never thought about changing this situation," the 23-year-old Neuer said.

Bayern manager Uli Hoeness confirmed this week they were interested in signing Neuer, who could win his first international cap against the United Arab Emirates in Dubai next Tuesday.

Germany are currently in China, where they are on a two-match Asian tour.
