Carl Fletcher has signed a new one-year rolling contract to remain as manager of Plymouth.
The 32-year-old has agreed to continue his role from last season in which he successfully guided the Pilgrims to survival in npower League Two. His assistant manager Romain Larrieu and first-team coach Kevin Nancekivell have also agreed one-year deals.
Fletcher took over as caretaker player-manager in September following the dismissal of Peter Reid. His position was made full-time in November and he went on to lead Argyle from the bottom of the league to a 21st-placed finish.
He told the club's official website: "I'm honoured and really happy to be able to sign a contract.
"We have tried to lay certain foundations and certain things we want around the club. It's nice to be given the chance to carry that on and keep putting pride back in the shirt.
"It would be good to take the momentum of what we achieved last year into the new season."
