Preston manager Alan Irvine admits that the lack of transfer activity at Deepdale this summer has left him disappointed.Irvine's players report back for pre-season training on 1 July with the no additions to the first-team squad.
He told BBC Radio Lancashire: "I have been in the office many days hoping to sign some players before the start of pre-season training.
"But it would appear that not very much is happening anywhere."
