League Two outfit Macclesfield Town have handed midfielder Izak Reid a new one-year contract.Reid made 19 starts for the Silkmen last season after being given his debut by Paul Ince in December 2006.
He made a further eight appearances from the bench and scored his first senior goal in Macclesfield's 1-0 victory over Peterborough at London Road.
Silkmen boss Keith Alexander said: "Izak did very well for me last season and I am pleased he has agreed to come back to the Moss Rose next season.
"He is another one of the youngsters we have at the club that I think can develop and I am sure he will play a big part for us this season."
